If you have already loaded in the Internet Explorer to look at the Virtual WebTourô the Registration and Full Setup of Internet Explorer will not work correctly.
If you wish to Uninstall Internet Explorer 3:-
1) Go to the Control Panel (Start Menu -> Settings)
2) Select Add/Remove Programs
3) Select Internet Explorer 3.0 and Click on the Add/Remove button
4) Click On OK
You will now be ready to run the Internet Explorer Setup and Registration by Clicking Here
